By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site in any way that may damage our reputation or impair the availability or accessibility of the site.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Full payment may be required to secure your reservation.
- Prices are listed in AED
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time but this will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
- Payment methods accepted will be displayed at checkout.
- Once confirmed, bookings are non-transferable
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- All hotel bookings made through our platform are final and non-refundable.
- Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances.
- We strongly recommend reviewing your travel plans and booking details carefully before confirming your reservation.
- In case of no-show or early departure, the full booking amount will still be charged.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must ensure that the property is used only for lawful purposes.
- Maximum occupancy limits must not be exceeded.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged for repair or replacement.
- No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Treat the property with care and respect
- Follow house rules as specified by the property
5. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 3PM
- Check-out time: 12PM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Pet Policy
- Please note that pets are not allowed at any of our properties.
- We maintain this policy to ensure the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of our accommodations for all guests.
- Guests arriving with pets may be denied check-in and may not be eligible for a refund.
7. Security Deposit & Extra Charges
- A security deposit will be collected upon arrival as a guarantee for the return of the apartment in good condition. It will be fully refunded at check-out, provided no damages are found.
- Loss of access card (AED 300)
- All additional amenities are chargeable, including but not limited to extra towels, additional beds, and other special requests.
8. Two Lion Loyalty
- Loyalty points will be credited to your account within 24 hours post-checkout.
- Welcome Bonus points can be redeemed after spending AED 10,000 within one year.
9. Cleaning charges
- Daily – Some apartments include daily cleaning services at an additional charge. Rates may vary depending on the unit type.
- Per Stay - A post-use cleaning fee is charged per stay. Daily cleaning services are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

10. Tourism Fee
- A government-imposed fee applicable to all stays in hotels and hotel apartments across the UAE. This fee is charged per room, per night, and varies depending on the hotel's classification and location.
